When configuring sodium carboxymethyl cellulose paste, a certain amount of clean water is first added to the mixing tank with the mixing device. When the mixing device is turned on, sodium carboxymethyl cellulose is slowly and evenly spread into the mixing tank, stirring continuously, so that sodium carboxymethyl cellulose and water are completely integrated and sodium carboxymethyl cellulose can be fully dissolved.

2. Sodium carboxymethyl cellulose is first mixed with dry raw materials such as other raw materials in the form of dry method, and then put into water to dissolve.

Next, turn on the mixer and mix the sodium carboxymethyl cellulose and other ingredients thoroughly. Then, the mixed sodium carboxymethyl cellulose mixture is slowly and evenly spread into the mixing tank with water, and constantly stir, and the subsequent operation can be carried out according to the first dissolution method above.

Note:

1. From the time when sodium carboxymethyl cellulose is put into the mixing tank with water to the time when sodium carboxymethyl cellulose is completely dissolved, the time required is between 10 and 20 hours.

2. When dissolving sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, the reason why it should be evenly dispersed and constantly stirred is to "prevent the occurrence of clumping and caking when sodium carboxymethyl cellulose meets water, and reduce the problem of the dissolution amount of sodium carboxymethyl cellulose", and improve the dissolution rate of sodium carboxymethyl cellulose.

3. Stirring time and sodium carboxymethyl cellulose complete dissolution time is not consistent, is two concepts, in general, the stirring time is much shorter than the time required for sodium carboxymethyl cellulose complete dissolution, the time required for both depends on the specific situation.

4. If sodium carboxymethyl cellulose aqueous solution is in contact with metal containers for a long time, it is easy to cause deterioration and viscosity reduction.

5. When sodium carboxymethyl cellulose aqueous solution and calcium, magnesium, salt and other substances coexist, it will reduce the viscosity of sodium carboxymethyl cellulose solution.

6. The configured sodium solution of carboxymethyl cellulose should be used up as soon as possible. If the sodium solution of carboxymethyl cellulose is stored for a long time, it will not only affect the adhesive performance and stability of sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, but also suffer from microorganisms and pests, thus affecting the health quality of raw materials.
